The twogirls and the guy at the bottom seem as though they might be into blogging sometime. For sure not the fellow in the top pic. Although… you never know, a little cash and a computer and he just might well start blogging.
Absolutely 😀

Not a lot at this place but in many western cities of India it’s coming up big time. Officials have assigned walls to art schools and artists to create graffiti. That has had a good effect. No one sticks up posters/paint adverts on these spots anymore.
Great post! 🙂

Over-confident me thought I’ll take his snap and quietly leave. Just when I was about to click, he looked. Damn the senses. I stood erect, animated. He raised his brows so I tried my next ploy. I smiled wide, so wide he gave up…Ha Ha!
Your shots are truly touching, Arjun. Shall you require comments to all of these photos?
1st – He was so surprised reading that the rickshaw will be prohibited in that area soon.
2nd- seeking for your telephone number in the directory in “A” alphabetic list
3rd- that was not good reading Holly Book while smoking a cigarette
1st. He is quite surprised. The news article is about his rickshaw and why it has been prohibited.
2nd. You promised to give them my number but you left to “Engage” with pretty girls at Bogor street carnival.
3rd. Yes. That’s a Holy book – “Stupid conversations of Muhammad and Arjun”
I saw a great image like this in London the other day which you would have done great justice too. It was a homeless man huddled in his duvet with his dog on his lap, and he was reading in the dark. I wanted to know what book he was reading but was too afraid to ask.
Great pictures and I think the girls seem very absent and are probably doing very different things, the guy under have already a pen in his hands and can be a famous blogger and the older man above is very interested on reading and can have long since have made 300 post ! 🙂
awesome pics!
🙂
Great photos man 🙂
Thanks Mate 🙂
I have never tried street photography, do you get people that tell you to bu**er off?
Street photography is fun. You click and disappear if you looking for candid shots.
It’s an art I learned shooting budget films. Street shots are tricky. If a passerby looks in the rolling camera, you need a re-take.
I see, fleet of foot and quick of eye..
And an infectious smile! 😀
Damn, I can only do that virtually.. 🙂
It ain’t your fault and You are my mate.
You are a good man 🙂
The last guy is going to ash in his book.
Guy won’t mind when done with the page.
P.T.O makes sense.
Reading, A Stranger in a Strange Land.
Nostalgia for you 🙂
I blended in much better. I had a full blanket-shawl and smoked Beadies 😉
I’m mighty impressed 🙂

I was wondering if they might land up on my blog and frown for using their pictures without consent.
Not for long, my likes are precious!!
Wonderful and thought provoking. I think this post is awesome! 😀
Thanks Jackie. Good to see you 😀
Ah! A series on readers! Really great idea, and the photos are as usually super!

Nice pictures. I like the humanity in them. At least they’re reading, no matter what the method.
Nice shots Arjun! I like them all but number 1 is a classic!! Perfect timing and frame 🙂
I’ve not seen graffiti like that in India before; is there a lot at that place?

Thanks Peter. That image reminds of bemusing expressions we instinctively make when deeply involved in some activity or thought 🙂

Lovely studies, A. Really dig no. 3! You got the man’s breath.
Over-confident me thought I’ll take his snap and quietly leave. Just when I was about to click, he looked. Damn the senses. I stood erect, animated. He raised his brows so I tried my next ploy. I smiled wide, so wide he gave up…Ha Ha!
Hey, you had me look twice, Richard Guest – and so he did…
These are just plain great photos, Arjun– no if, ands or buts about them. And the captions are funny. 🙂
Glad to see you 🙂

🙂
This is great 🙂 Love these pictures, & the captions. Especially the guy reading.
Thank you Noeleen! Happy to meet you 🙂
I think they’re marvelous photos.
🙂
Great photos! I especially like the first one. His facial expression makes me wonder what the article is about.
Yes. It’s got his attention. I was around for a bit, not once he took his eyes off.
No girl reading in a coffee place? 🙂
Why in a haste, my dear. Is all good? You seem to be in a bitter mood!
No, I’m not. I was just wondering how come we haven’t had one of our comment sprees in a while…
I’m always around, my friend. Just call me over for a cup of tea. Now say where?
I’m afraid Sofia is a “little” far away from you. Be we could share a virtual tea time 🙂
That’s what I meant. Where as in which post, topic of your interest!
Do you like milk in your tea?
Or you prefer it black?
Your tea partner could be me,
if you were to come back.
Where Where
first I need to know that
my clothes have to match
the place and the mood
Very important is that
Jeans and a shirt,
smile on your lips
Prepare to listen and talk
We’ll make so many trips!
Itchy feet
I’ll be ready
Your new post
Is a marvel
I’m smiling already
Putting a smile on your face,
It’s always my goal.
It warms my heart
So please don’t stall!
🙂 🙂
This one’s so great! Made me smile right away! 😀
Talkin’ ’bout reader, I missed two of your post by its fault! 😦
Why do you think I din’t put my post today as per schedule. I was waiting for you 😉
P.S. The previous one you liked is a sticky. Old post.
Ah, of course you were! Why didn’t I think of that?! 😉
😉
