A retired bank clerk and a proud father of two sons, both are currently practicing medicine.
No complains, got more than I deserve, he said but his bunny teeth, took me a couple of shots till he gave way.
“Persistence pays”
He smiled.
I think he looks quite cute with them. Can’t imagine him otherwise. In fact it’s our flaws that make us unique and when we accept them, the world follows or perhaps doesn’t matter.
He’s perfect, we’re perfect.
Great words……. beautiful, exactly how you wrote: ” and when we accept them, the world follows. He’s perfect, we’re perfect. So true !!!
And you got a million dollar smile. You’re awesome Serach!
Thank you Arjun 🙂 ! And you are the best poem writer, did you already make a book of all your posts ?
I’ll take pictures and put them here, someone else will have to make a book…just like you smile and I’m healed.
Oooh thanks dear friend, 🙂 🙂 ! and keep up the great work ! ❤
Ouch. You’re taking a break?! Can i find you on Instagram or fb?
No I’m going to close my WordPress blog ! I always cancome back whenevr I want so it was a GREAT pleasure to meet and know you a little 🙂 ! I am on FB and Instagram and you my dear Arjun ? 🙂
He does look cute, Arjun, and smiling at life and, through your lens, at us. . We should all be so happy eh? Life is what you make if it and he’s made me smile in response to his happiness. xPenx
Human conditioning. We can’t smile for no reason and we’ll find reasons enough to feel sad but we are survivors and you pointed out our biggest threat in your poem ‘Untitled’
Beautiful.
Thank you John!
I’m becoming more and more an admirer of your photography Arjun. I can’t put my finger on it but this portrait has the xfactor!
You’ve been kind and there for me all along. You are my inspiration Peter and that’s the xfactor!
His teeth are eye-catching, but his kind eyes are soul catching.
Thank you for a lovely comment. You said it all~
To me this image portraits a happy man, content with life as it was given to him and how he then shaped it.
Everyone is fighting a battle, some harsher ones. I hope they make through, set an example for humanity, change the course of our history. Looking forward to your next book!
Lovely shot and caption!
Thank you Candy! 🙂 )
Beautiful and full of love. Your persistence, the portrait and the man.
Yup. He gave me a portrait that will help me walk a hundred more miles. Thank you Richard!
lieto giorno Arjun
le vostre immagini scavano nell’anima!
La ringrazio molto Ventis. Domenica felice!
Can you imagine trying to stay angry with him after he gives you smile with those teeth! Looks like a very pleasant person.
Ha Ha..absolutely. He spoke so softly with those kind eyes, time I spend with him will be a lasting memory.
I agree-great capture.
I see you celebrate them in your artwork. Thank you Elena!
A wonderful portrait of a beautiful man Arjun…. so much relationship and trust in this photo. I’m also taken by the background…it is a perfect compliment.
Thank you for pointing out the background. This is his joint, a workshop…friends gather here every evening for tea and conversations.
No truer words Arjun. Have a lovely day ♡
Lovely when you’re around…my true friend!
Wise words, kind, gentle man and, yes, what he considers a flaw is an asset. Our flaws make us empathetic. Another soul capture of which you are the master!
I’m a mere recording device and I got friends like you…truly blessed!
You have captured a very gentle soul here Arjun-a wonderful portrait-and a wonderful reminder of how perfectly imperfect we all are!
We are and that’s reason enough to celebrate. I learn everyday from you, lil moments and your persistence is remarkable. Thank you very much Meg!!
Great words, Arjun! “Persistence pays,” indeed.
Indeed. Never lonely but a daffodil. Thank you very much!!
Of course I noticed the teeth, but the eyes drew me in. As always, great photo.
A perfect picture to compliment those beautiful words. Persistence pays. Indeed. 🙂
there are beauties in ordinary things 🙂
perfectly imperfect..
Hurls a bowl full of electric blue and purple at you, giggles and runs!!!!~~~~
You’ve captured his spirit. He seems like a kind and gentle man. You do have a gift at capturing the soul of your subject. Have a great evening
Hi my friend, I am thinking of you 🙂
I will now be asking for your hall pass!
